About the job HR & Admin Assistant
Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality metering and packaged process systems for the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Generation industries, with a presence in the UK and Russia.
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide vital support across various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Organize and manage all necessary paperwork, including filing and document control.
- Gate Pass Coordination: Handle the application process for gate passes for employees and visitors, ensuring timely access for smooth operations.
- Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, providing support to different departments when necessary.
- Purchasing Assistance: Help with procurement tasks, such as sourcing suppliers, placing orders, and following up on deliveries.
- Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external parties, providing clear and professional communication.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, enter data into company systems, and generate reports as needed.
- Learning and Development: Work closely with management to gain on-the-job training and develop skills in various areas such as HR, operations, and administration.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Driving: Must possess a valid drivers license and own a car.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Learning Mindset: Enthusiastic about learning new skills and processes with guidance from the management team.
- Integrity: Trustworthy and honest, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Preferred Qualifications: A fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus.
Timings: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
