Our client, a luxury mansion located in the iconic Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, is currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee their housekeeping operations. This is a key role, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are upheld in guest rooms and common areas. You will be leading a dedicated team in a world-class environment, providing services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all housekeeping functions, ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization
• Manage and train the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure the highest quality of service
• Oversee inventory management and supply ordering to guarantee seamless operations
• Address guest requests and concerns with the utmost professionalism and discretion
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and smooth guest experience
• Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and security at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor within luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
