This is a key role, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are upheld in guest rooms and common areas. You will be leading a dedicated team in a world-class environment, providing services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all housekeeping functions, ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization
- Manage and train the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure the highest quality of service
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering to guarantee seamless operations
- Address guest requests and concerns with the utmost professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and smooth guest experience
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and security at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
