A minimum of 5 years of Managerial Experience in a Luxury Hotel environment in the UAE.
Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook. An exceptional knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Opera is Advantageous.
Exceptional skills in Improving Customer and Stakeholder Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
'FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.

Conducts Regular Inspections of VIP rooms, ensuring they exude a stunning and glamorous atmosphere.

Takes charge of Training all Housekeeping ‘FIVERs , ’ fostering a next-level approach to service and professionalism.

Ensures accuracy in Regular Inventories and Losses Analysis, maintaining FIVE's industry-leading C ommitment to E xcellence.
Crafts the Annual Linen Budget and Annual Uniform Budget, accounting for quantity inventory and linen losses.
Maximises hotel profitability by judiciously Managing Expenses, Labour, and Material Resources, embracing an efficient and minimum-waste approach to Operational Budget Preparation.
Liaises with External Contractors, Conducting Audits to ensure their services meet FIVE’s Sensational E xpectations.
Maintains the H ighest S tandards of Cleanliness, Maintenance, and Safety throughout the H otel.
Oversees the accurate, consistent and reliable implementation of Lost and Found Procedures.
Showcases a Highly Organised, Career-Oriented, and Result-Driven Approach with Flexibility in hours, assignments, and additional duties.
