With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Executive to join One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.


With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort’s success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our clients where you will be responsible for assisting Housekeeping Manager and Director of Housekeeping to monitor and coordinate all aspects of the hotel housekeeping operation, including guest rooms and corridors.


Key Duties and Responsibilities


  • To report for duty punctually always wearing the correct uniform and name tag.
  • To ensure proper grooming always as per company policy.
  • To attend daily briefings in selected areas conducted by direct leader. 
  • To champion the company values and objectives
  • Oversee and coordinate Team Leaders and colleagues ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service and all areas of the operation are running as per resort standard procedures and policies.
  • Carry out inspections of assigned areas and ensure the highest possible standard of cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and corridors.
  • Coordinate and manages deep cleaning and special task schedules, ensuring rooms and floor areas as per resort standards.
  • Monitors and reports to the Managers and Executive Housekeeper regarding the upkeep of furnishings, facilities, and equipment.
  • Carries out good communication with team members ensuring performance is effectively managed.
  • Ensure Team Leaders attend to their duties in proper uniform, on time and well groomed, as well as Team Members.
  • Ensures colleagues are trained and introduced to their duties as per resort standards and policies.
  • To conduct disciplinary action and coaching when required.
  • Briefs and ensures that daily information is communicated and kept updated on coordination boards and team members are receiving the correct and updated information.
  • Attends daily briefing with HK Manager/Executive Housekeeper ensuring a complete understanding of task for self and team members.
  • Is fully trained in all HK tasks and procedures being able to assist guest room valets with any requirements.
  • Has full knowledge of resort layout of guest rooms, corridors, storage space and back of house areas.
  • Ensures all guest requirements are adhered to as per resort standards.
  • Ensures training needs of all colleagues are monitored, analyzed, and executed as per resort standards.
  • Coaches, counsels, and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
  • Is flexible in working hours and scheduling as per resort requirements.
  • Carries out any other job-related duties as requested by the resort.
