Job Description

  • Carrying out assignments as per supervisor instructions.
  • Maintaining the cleaning supplies and equipment for meeting the cleanliness guidelines for all guest rooms.
  • Ensuring the standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained in all guest rooms to satisfy customers and make their stay hassle-free.
  • Handle cleaning responsibilities for guest rooms of the premise according to the rules of the hotel/resort and maintain associated guidelines.

Skills

  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in all the duties and responsibilities required to comply with customer requests and attend to their needs properly.
  • Experienced in working in various conditions and scenarios and handling them appropriately to attend to the requirements of customers.
  • Excellent customer service abilities to satisfy guests and ensure their comfort while abiding by standard rules and regulations.
