Job Description

  • Report any problems or incidents immediately to the team leader or supervisor.
  • Analyse the comfort levels of guests, maintain their rooms, and report any issues to the immediate senior professional.
  • Ensuring the standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained in all guest rooms to satisfy customers and make their stay hassle-free.
  • Complete the assignments provided by the supervisor or any senior professional for cleaning and servicing rooms.

Skills

  • Good team working and communication skills.
  • Can handle multiple housekeeping tasks, cater to customer duties, and handle pressurized situations efficiently.
  • An experienced individual with excellent customer service skills to understand their requirements and respond appropriately.
  • An individual who is calm and composed even during a high-pressure situation and able to take the necessary actions.
