Role Overview
We are looking to appoint two meticulous and professional Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property, ensuring a serene and wellness-focused atmosphere for the principal and guests.
This role requires dedication, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail, with an emphasis on creating an environment of luxury and tranquility.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and MaintenancePerform daily cleaning and deep cleaning of all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and service areas, to 7-star standards.
- Handle delicate materials such as fine fabrics, antiques, and luxury surfaces with care and expertise.(eco friendly only products ).
- Ensure all areas are immaculately organized and presentable at all times.
- Laundry and Wardrobe ManagementOversee laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, and folding, ensuring garments are treated appropriately for their fabric type.
- Maintain wardrobes, including seasonal rotations, organizing, and minor repairs if needed.
- Assist with packing and unpacking luggage for the principal and guests.
- Wellness and Aesthetic AwarenessIncorporate wellness principles into the household by using eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products.
- Prepare and maintain wellness-related items such as fresh linens, spa towels, and relaxation spaces.
- Ensure that the ambiance reflects tranquility and luxury, including lighting, aromatherapy, and décor arrangements.
- Support for Service and EventsAssist with setting and clearing tables, serving meals, and coordinating with the butler team when needed.
- Help prepare spaces for small gatherings or private events, maintaining elegance and efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Skills and ExperiencePrevious Experience: Minimum of 5 years in high-end hospitality, private household, or luxury yacht service. Experience in wellness-focused environments is a plus.
- Cleaning Expertise: Knowledge of cleaning techniques for luxury materials and furnishings.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain order in all areas.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting to varying schedules.
