Job Description
Black & Grey HR is seeking a dedicated, organized, and compassionate Household Manager to assist a family of four, along with five support staff, in managing their home in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong, assertive personality, with excellent communication skills to interact with both the family members and the household staff. This role requires a proactive approach to overseeing daily operations and ensuring that tasks are executed according to the approved plans.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily running of the household as per the established action plan.
- Manage household supplies, including the procurement and planning of groceries and other essentials.
- Supervise the implementation of the fitness plan for the three siblings.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports on household operations, noting any deviations from the approved plan.
- Advise the cook/maid on meal planning and preparation based on the family’s diet plan.
- Ensure that the home is maintained in a clean and hygienic condition at all times.
- Assign and monitor duties for the drivers, ensuring they are carried out effectively.
- Serve as the point of contact for other family members in case of emergency.
- Flexibility with working hours: Expected presence in the home is between 9 AM and 9 PM, depending on daily needs and convenience.
Requirements- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate staff.
- Experience in household management or similar roles preferred (Prior experience in Nursing is preferred).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Compassionate, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team management.
