Job Description

Reporting to the owners, the House Manager will be responsible in keeping the day-to-day operations of the home running smoothly.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Manage the household’s routine maintenance and/or service schedules and calendars timely.
  • Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the job tasks to ensure they are satisfactorily completed.
  • Handling household bills and administrative duties to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Running errands and performing assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Managing the staff at home with leave and medical etc.
  • Supervise and coach the domestic helpers in their household chores and respective responsibilities.
  • Shop for food, supplies, and other requested items.
  • Assist to plan, organise and coordinate home parties / gatherings hosted by the owners.
  • Coordinate packing/transport as required for luggage’s/packages
  • Providing tea/coffee service as when required for meetings and guests.
  • Arranging appointments and reservations for owners’ personal needs where necessary.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
