Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and support all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency
- Monitor hotel performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Handle guest complaints effectively and ensure resolution to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with department heads to create strategies that drive revenue and improve guest services
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management of the hotel
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as hotel policies and regulations
