We are seeking an experienced and visionary Hotel Manager to lead the operations of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the UAE. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a world-class property, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service across all departments.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a focus on personalized service and luxury standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to enhance revenue, profitability, and market positioning.
  • Prepare and manage the hotel’s annual budget, ensuring cost control and financial performance.
  • Lead, train, and inspire department heads and staff to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive brand visibility and occupancy.

Skills

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury hotel management (5-star properties preferred).
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
  • Exceptional guest service skills with a commitment to creating unforgettable experiences.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with property management systems (PMS) and hospitality software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years in the luxury hospitality industry, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
