We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the operations of a prestigious 5-star property on the Palm Jumeirah. This is a unique opportunity to manage a luxury hotel known for its world-class service, exceptional guest experiences, and high standards of hospitality.
As Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that guest satisfaction remains at the forefront. You will be responsible for driving the hotel’s performance, managing the team, and maintaining the highest levels of service quality. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for luxury hospitality, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and a proven ability to manage a high-end property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operational departments, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and responding to guest needs
- Oversee budget management, financial performance, and cost control
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability
- Implement strategies to enhance the hotel's reputation and competitive edge in the luxury market
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hospitality standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop the hotel team to deliver outstanding service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, with a focus on guest services and F&B
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
