Assist in the development of menus and contribute to daily specials to enhance guest experiences. Ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen section while managing and mentoring junior staff. Oversee food presentation, ensuring that all dishes are plated beautifully and consistently. Monitor inventory levels, assist with supply ordering, and maintain food safety and quality standards. Work harmoniously with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and the kitchen team to manage kitchen flow and ensure timely service. Adhere to hygiene and safety standards in line with industry regulations.
