Job Description

The Hostess in an immersive dining experience is a vital team member responsible for ensuring a seamless, engaging, and memorable journey for guests. This role combines leadership, guest interaction, operational organization, and immersive storytelling to deliver a high-quality dining experience. The Hostess is also responsible for maintaining communication with guests prior to the event and managing communication to the kitchen team, props, tools, and event logistics to enhance the overall experience.

Responsibilities:
·Actasthefirstpointofcontactforguestsviaphone,email,WhatsApp,orother communicationplatformspriortotheevent.

·Respondtoinquiriesregardingtheevent’stheme,menu,dresscode,location,and otherdetails.


·Handlebookingconfirmations,reminders,andfollow-upstoensureasmoothpre- eventexperience.


·Addressspecialrequests(e.g.,dietaryrestrictions,seatingpreferences, celebratoryarrangements)andcoordinatewiththeeventteamandkitchenteam asneeded.·Welcomeguestswarmlyuponarrival,incorporatingpriorcommunicationdetails topersonalizetheirexperience.·Briefguestsontheimmersiveconceptandstoryline,settingexpectationsforthe event.


·Provideprofessionalanddiscreetassistanceduringtheevent,followingthe customerjourneypathwhilemaintainingtheimmersiveatmosphere.·Overseeandmanagetheinventoryofprops,tools,andmaterialsrequiredforthe immersiveexperience.
