- Maximize the market share by opening new accounts in the HORECA Trade.
- Achieve Sales targets
- Identify market potential to establish new accounts, achieve food service sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Ensure the smooth implementation and execution of the sales plan set out by the Head of the department.
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeless and cost.
- Ensure the smooth handling and addressing of any customer complaints or issues and maintain an adequate customer service level.
- Develop and execute effective HORECA account- specific marketing and sales programs.
- Update any price change in all BDAs and all agreements with clients when needed.
- Build good relationships with the key account clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Approve and ensure the execution of the promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development.
- Gather and provide data about the competitors and their performance in the market and perform the needed analysis for future
- Coordinate and implement the B2B strategy and represent the company in front of the HORECA Customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
§ UAE Driving License

§ 6 years relevant experience
