Job Description:

Provide professional nursing care to patients in a home care environment, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care. Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as per the physician’s orders. Monitor vital signs and health indicators such as blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels. Create and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and family members. Educate patients and families on health management, medication schedules, and lifestyle modifications Assist with wound care, catheter management, and other medical needs as required. Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care as necessary. Maintain accurate patient records, including daily notes and reports on treatment progress. Adhere to infection control and safety procedures while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Provide emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring a compassionate and respectful care experience.

Job requirements

Preferred qualifications:
A qualification from an accredited nursing college CPR and first aid certifications* At least two years' experience as a registered nurse
