Job Description

Our client is looking for an Arabic speaking Holiday Sales/Operations Executive to be based in Ajman, UAE.
This role is maximizing holiday bookings by utilizing in-depth destination knowledge and strong communication skills. work directly with clients to understand their travel needs, recommend personalized itineraries, and ensure that their booking experience is smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, you will support both the product and operations teams, ensuring seamless execution and timely communication of any updates or changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand clients’ needs and preferences to propose personalized holiday itineraries and destinations.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on new products, promotions, and holiday packages.
Work closely with the product and operations teams to ensure that holiday bookings are executed efficiently and accurately.
Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure timely follow-up for bookings and inquiries.
Actively promote and sell holiday packages, ensuring maximum bookings and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years UAE experience
Strong knowledge of holiday destinations and travel options.
Exceptional sales and communication skills.
Experience working with vendors and suppliers to support sales efforts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client and bookings.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Detail-oriented with a focus on providing excellent customer service
