Job Description

Our client is looking for a Holiday Product Specialist to be based in Ajman, UAE.
He / She will be responsible for curating, enhancing, and managing a diverse portfolio of holiday products and services. With extensive knowledge of holiday destinations and market trends, work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and secure the best offerings for our clients. This role involves ensuring that the holiday products meet customer expectations and align with the business strategy, while also collaborating with the Operations team to ensure seamless product delivery ahead of each season.
Key Responsibilities:
Curate and develop holiday product offerings based on current market trends and customer preferences.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and industry partners.
Negotiate contracts and secure competitive pricing for holiday products and services.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote and sell holiday packages.
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure products are ready for delivery ahead of each new season.
Monitor and adjust product offerings to align with customer needs and seasonal demand.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in UAE.
Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, with strong knowledge of holiday destinations.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
Ability to analyze customer trends and adapt product offerings accordingly.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
