Key Responsibilities:
Curate and develop holiday product offerings based on current market trends and customer preferences.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and industry partners.
Negotiate contracts and secure competitive pricing for holiday products and services.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote and sell holiday packages.
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure products are ready for delivery ahead of each new season.
Monitor and adjust product offerings to align with customer needs and seasonal demand.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in UAE.
Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, with strong knowledge of holiday destinations.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
Ability to analyze customer trends and adapt product offerings accordingly.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
