Job Overview:
We seek a highly experienced and qualified Head of Finance & Accounts to join our team. As the HOD - Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial and accounting operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the economic stability and growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial goals are met Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decision-making. Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team and board of directors
Qualifications:
CA/ACCA Qualified Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology, telecom, or construction company - Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices* - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
