We are seeking a passionate and dedicated
ELL/EAL Assistant Teacher to join our team and support the development of English language learners in our school. If you have a strong background in English language education, we would love to hear from you!
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English (Literature or Linguistics) English proficiency level B2-C1 Russian language proficiency will be an advantage
Desirable Qualifications:
CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL certification
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
in-class support for English language learners in mainstream English classes. Conduct
small group interventions to help students improve their English skills. Collaborate with class teachers to differentiate lessons and
adapt materials for ELL students. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their language goals. Assist in developing ILPs (individual language plans) to support students’ academic growth. Support students' transition into the school environment, offering guidance and encouragement.
