The
Healthcare Systems Specialist (
HSS) collaborates with healthcare system stakeholders to drive healthcare system innovation and unlock possibilities to deliver value for the ecosystem and society. The role contributes to identifying, mapping, engaging and managing ecosystem stakeholders. In addition, the HSS acts as a trusted partner and the primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche, and shares the stakeholder community vision and value internally, prioritizes and secures resources, and drives solutions that deliver outcomes faster. Die Position
Who You Are
You obtained a University degree in Science, Economics, Healthcare Policy/Management, or Business Administration. An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus
You have built basic level of understanding of UAE healthcare system, processes and governance
You bring excellent customer engagement and management skills
You are well organized, and are able to deliver the assigned projects and achieve desired outcomes in timely manner
You are an active listener, curious and question to understand, with good problem solving skills
You are able to apply digital technologies. The ability to understand and leverage digital means and tools for the benefit of all stakeholders is highly desirable.
You are fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills that enables you to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise
