The Healthcare Solutions Product Manager leads the strategic and operational development of the assigned product line, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of high-quality product features. This role involves monitoring performance, identifying growth opportunities, and working with internal teams to implement and scale the product. The Healthcare Solutions Product Manager will work across all Mediclinic sites as needed, with success measured by patient/provider satisfaction, service adoption, and financial performance.

Establish clear project objectives, engage cross-functional stakeholders, develop plans and timelines, assign roles and responsibilities, regularly communicate updates, manage risks, to drive the enhancement and growth of existing product line/services

Expand the business by building sustainable and productive relationships with internal and external key stakeholders

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the assigned service line and identify growth opportunities to improve the outcomes of clinical and operational processes, improve efficiencies, reduce cost, enhance revenue, and increase patient satisfaction

Guide and support the operationalisation of approved projects through change management, reporting and review mechanisms

Essential:

A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in health care/ business or related

Desired:

A post graduate degree in business or health administration

Project Management Certificate (PMP)

Essential: At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare with focus on planning and implementation of business development strategies in clinical operations

• Industry awareness and understanding of current and future trends in healthcare
• Conducting and interpreting qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Communication and presentation skills
• Agile project management principles
• English language (written and verbal)
• Knowledge and interpretation of research methodologies
