About The Role

Are you passionate about the spa and beauty industry? Can you teach as well as motivate a team? Then we need your skills as a Head Therapist to join our team of professionals today! Our Wellness team is led by hospitality industry experts who will guide and train you in this exciting career. The Head Therapist must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and a willingness to learn more about management and leading a team. You will assist the Manager of Spa Services in training all technical skills and service delivery to an international 5-star standard, and oversee service providers utilization, cleanliness and hygiene standards. Head Therapist assists with managing all inventory of professional use and retail products as well. 

About You

You will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy consulting and advising guests on treatments and products specific to their needs. Delivering wellness experiences from your heart within a busy, high-profile, luxury spa environment will come naturally to you. It is essential that you are an above average spa services provider, and hold an international Cidesco, Cibtac, or similar qualification for both massage and beauty therapies, and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury spa environment. Hammam treatment experience is also highly sought. Strong interpersonal skills and very clear and concise communication skills are required, as is the ability to find solutions and think positively.
