Sales Opportunity: Head of Telemarketing MESA

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Head of Telemarketing to lead our telemarketing efforts for the Middle East and South Asia regions from our high-energy sales team in Dubai, UAE.

As the way we communicate with candidates continues to evolve, this role is pivotal in shaping and executing a data-driven, AI-powered telemarketing strategy.You will leverage tools like WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Generative AIto lead the team in generating enquiries for the Middle East, where the focus is on growing lead and creating enquiry volume, while managing the high influx of enquiries in South Asia, ensuring effective filtering and prioritization for the best Hult DNA. In this role, you will also be responsible for training and hiring top talent to build a high-performance team that drives conversions across both regions.

Key Responsibilities

Telemarketing Strategy & Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute a telemarketing strategy that addresses the unique needs of both the Middle East and South Asia, driving enquiry generation and lead conversion.

  • Leverage AI tools and data analytics to optimize lead qualification, improve response times, and boost overall efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine campaigns that increase the volume and quality of enquiries across both regions.

  • Ensure the telemarketing team is equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to stay at the cutting edge of sales communication practices.

  • Utilize LinkedIn as a core outreach tool, building direct connections with candidates and expanding Hult’s presence across professional networks in both the Middle East and South Asia.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing telemarketing team, instilling best practices in customer engagement, lead conversion, and the use of technology.

  • Be directly involved in the recruitment and development of top talent, building a resilient team capable of meeting ambitious sales targets.

  • Provide ongoing training on the use of LinkedIn, AI-driven sales tools, and customer engagement techniques to enhance team performance.

  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and results-driven work environment, ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds KPIs.

Operational Efficiency & Reporting:

  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead-to-enquiry conversion rates, call volumes, and response times, ensuring continuous optimization.

  • Analyze telemarketing data and implement strategies for improving processes and achieving sales goals.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Head and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless handovers of qualified leads and optimize the overall admissions funnel.


  • Manage telemarketing budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and drive sustainable growth.

Customer-Centric Focus:

  • Ensure that all candidate enquiries are handled professionally, promptly, and in alignment with the brand’s values, contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

  • Personalize outreach strategies using data insights, ensuring relevant and impactful communication with prospects at each stage of their journey.

  • Incorporate LinkedIn as a strategic communication channel to reach prospects, tailoring outreach to resonate with professional goals and interests.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluency in English (additional languages relevant to the Middle East or South Asia are a plus).

  • Proven experience in managing a telemarketing or sales team, with a track record of exceeding KPIs and driving high performance.

  • Expertise in using LinkedIn, AI tools, CRM systems, and data analytics to optimize lead generation and sales processes.

  • Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated success in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments and regions.

  • Results-oriented and analytical, with a strategic approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
