Info Arab Media FZ-LLC / Al Mashhad is seeking a Head of Studio Operations to join our existing team in the Headquarter located in Dubai, UAE. The Head of Studio Operations is responsible for Managing all the operations in the TV as well as special digital programs on Almashhad platforms. The role will help to ensure cost-effective delivery of high-quality broadcast services by supporting and implementing a strategy that aligns to that of Broadcast Operations and the Business
Requirements: - Assist in overseeing the Studio Operations department.
- Provide professional audio and video services to all clients.
- To ensure all audio, video and communications systems are operated according to standards.
- To plan and oversee the implementation of studio facilities for new programs and special events.
- To plan and execute training and up to date knowledge of different Studio Operations team members.
- To help upskill the Team Leaders of sections under Studio Operations by providing training and support.
- Create and distribute the duties schedule and the job requirement.
- Develop the Team Leaders and the core team members and discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Encourage creativity, creating high spirits, and facing challenges.
- Oversee the team’s rota, timings and leaves.
- Maintain the health, safety, and needs of the team members and the section
- Set clear team goals and objectives.
- Monitor performance and evaluate the team members fairly professionally and reward accomplishments.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
RequirementsBS in Communications Engineering would be preferred.
• Minimum of 14 years’ experience required.
• Ability to manage a large team, coach and guide them to achieve the best output.
• Utilize Almashhad studios to the max to achieve the best output in quality and quantity.
• Help in planning and allocating manpower for Almashhad coverages inside and outside UAE.
• Proven commitment to making innovative television news.
• Ability to maintain a consistent quality service.
• Proactive approach, committed to continuous improvement and self-motivated.
• The ability to anticipate and react quickly and to use initiative in the many situations arising from this type of production.
