The Head of Section of Incentives Programs oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of incentive policies for private sector establishments. This role involves stakeholder engagement, needs assessment, and performance monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies that address private sector incentives.
Conduct needs assessments through meetings with stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of incentive programs, reporting findings to relevant stakeholders.
Engage with various stakeholders to address concerns and drive program improvements.
Prepare comprehensive reports on policy performance and program outcomes.
Design and roll out training sessions to familiarize stakeholders with incentive policies.
Recommend policy revisions based on feedback and performance data.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and organizational standards
