- An established lead generation system in two languages, Russian and English. To thrive in this role, we’re looking for the following:
- Work experience of at least 1 year in management (as Head of Sales) and 2-5 years in the real estate market in Dubai, UAE;
- Communication skills: highly developed negotiation skills, ability to find common ground with clients and employees alike;
- Presentable appearance: ability to represent oneself and the company at a high level;
- English language: at least C1 level;
- Sales management skills: knowledge of key sales metrics, stages of the sales funnel, principles of reporting, and monitoring employee performance;
- Result-oriented: desire to earn and achieve set goals.
