We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales for the MENA region. This strategic role is pivotal in driving our growth and expanding our market presence across the Middle East and North Africa. The successful candidate will lead sales strategies, manage key accounts, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 10 sales professionals across different European
Building/Developing & maintaining strong professional business with clients by phone, email and/or social networks
Building and training a Team of highly motivated Sales individuals
Developing the Institutional Business based on targets set by the Senior Management
Promoting the Company’s products and services in an effective and efficient manner so as to maintain an adequate sales conversion ratio according to targets set by Senior Management
Monitor sales performance, set targets, and ensure team alignment with business goals.
Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team through mentorship and coaching.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Coach and training the team
Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales department in the MENA region
Delivering action plans regarding Sales Team to Senior Management when it's needed
Taking proper actions and implementing necessary changes to improve Team’s Performance
Ensure that the team follows the relevant regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
Native Arabic Speaker
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success preferably in the cryptocurrency & FX industry
Deep understanding of payment processing technologies and trends within the cryptocurrency & FX industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
