We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Sales to lead our clients sales division for a prominent automotive company

Description


Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring a robust pipeline of prospective clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics.Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align on business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.Monitor sales performance, generate insightful reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote brand visibility and business development.




Profile


Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience, preferably within the automotive industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Flexibility to travel as required.
