Foreground is partnering with a leading outdoor media company based in the UAE to find an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales.


Role Overview:


A strategic and results-driven Head of Sales with expertise in outdoor media and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams while maintaining strong relationships with advertising agencies and Direct Companies. The ideal candidate will oversee all sales efforts, drive company revenue growth, and develop innovative strategies to achieve organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation:


  • Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets in the outdoor media segment.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional results while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with advertising agencies, media planners, and brand marketers to secure business opportunities.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met professionally and efficiently.
  • Propose innovative outdoor media solutions tailored to clients campaign goals.
  • Maintain long-term partnerships and encourage repeat business through excellent post-sales service.

Team Development & Performance:


  • Train and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
  • Monitor and manage team KPIs, ensuring consistent performance and accountability.
  • Drive team collaboration and alignment with business objectives.

Market Analysis & Reporting:


  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business growth areas.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and revenue updates to senior management.
  • Provide strategic insights to inform decision-making and enhance market positioning.

Business Development:


  • Lead business development efforts by exploring untapped markets and forging new client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network within advertising agencies, media buying firms, and industry leaders.

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 8 years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the outdoor media industry.
  • A well-established network of contacts within advertising agencies, media buying firms, and relevant industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong understanding of outdoor advertising formats, media planning, and campaign execution.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
