About the Role: 


We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Sales to lead and drive the growth of our financial products business. This senior role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing sales teams for credit cards and loans in the UAE, focusing on profitability and strong banking relationships.


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage sales teams, aligning with business goals and profitability. Set targets and drive the team to exceed objectives. 
  • Banking Relationships: Maintain and develop relationships with partner banks for collaboration and compliance. 
  • P&L Management: Manage the sales department's Profit & Loss, focusing on growth and cost management. 
  • Sales Productivity: Enhance agent productivity through coaching and best practices. 
  • Business Growth: Drive expansion opportunities, including bulk outsourcing and new sales channels. 
  • Presentations to the Board: Confidently present to the board on performance and strategies. 
  • Team Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of the sales team, ensuring motivation and alignment with goals.
