About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Sales to lead and drive the growth of our financial products business. This senior role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing sales teams for credit cards and loans in the UAE, focusing on profitability and strong banking relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage sales teams, aligning with business goals and profitability. Set targets and drive the team to exceed objectives.
- Banking Relationships: Maintain and develop relationships with partner banks for collaboration and compliance.
- P&L Management: Manage the sales department's Profit & Loss, focusing on growth and cost management.
- Sales Productivity: Enhance agent productivity through coaching and best practices.
- Business Growth: Drive expansion opportunities, including bulk outsourcing and new sales channels.
- Presentations to the Board: Confidently present to the board on performance and strategies.
- Team Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of the sales team, ensuring motivation and alignment with goals.
