Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy & Planning:


    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business expansion.
    • Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Team Leadership:


    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure team success.
    • Foster a results-driven and collaborative sales culture.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:


    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
    • Oversee the development of strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  • Operational Oversight:


    • Monitor and manage sales operations, including pipeline management, reporting, and CRM system utilization.
    • Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Revenue Growth:


    • Identify opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio of properties and services.
    • Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives to maximize revenue per client.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Leader in the real estate brokerage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets, regulations, and brokerage operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems.
