Head of Sales

Job Title: Head Of Sales – GCC (Home Appliances)

Location: Media City, Dubai

Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Director to spearhead a sales team dedicated to achieving ambitious sales targets across the GCC region. This role requires strategic oversight to manage key accounts and channels while optimizing revenue streams and increasing market share.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies for the GCC to drive revenue growth.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners in the GCC to foster long-term collaboration.
• Enhance the capabilities of Original Resellers (OR) and Traders to accelerate sales performance.
• Drive operational efficiency in sell-out and sell-through processes.
• Strategically manage sales initiatives with key distributors, ORs, independent resellers (IRs), and trade partners.
• Consistently achieve and surpass sales and market share objectives.
• Provide senior management with valuable market insights and customer feedback.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with key accounts across various organizational levels.
• Identify and resolve sales barriers, promoting solutions for continuous growth.
• Ensure inventory levels are aligned with sales goals to meet customer demand.
• Regularly update clients on new product offerings and pricing changes.
• Implement cohesive pricing strategies across online platforms.
• Partner with local teams to launch new products and execute regional marketing campaigns.
• Oversee stock allocation planning to maximize availability and sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within the GCC market.
• In-depth knowledge of the GCC retail and distribution landscape and industry trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC region.
