Job Objective
To drive the growth and operational success of multiple stores by enhancing customer experience,
optimizing retail strategies, and leading a high-performing team. Focused on elevating the brand’s
presence and maximizing sales through effective store management and merchandising.
Responsibilities & Authorities:
To successfully lead and manage the retail network within United Arab Emirates.
Oversee all aspects of the business: people management, finance, stock management, CRM,
training, operational excellence, and customer service
Act as a Brand Ambassador for the brand and build strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholder
Adding new brands in the portfolio in line with retail brand guidelines
Grow and develop a team of Store Managers via effective leadership
Achieve the business targets in accordance with the General Manager
Manage the business as per the brand and company guidelines.
Luxury Fragrances Retail management experience in the United Arab Emirates is a must
Experience within a premium/luxury brand is a must
Must have strong analytical and numerical skills
Evidence of successfully leading and managing teams and driving business on the shop floor.
Key Skills & Qualification
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Luxury Retail in the same capacity, ideally gained in the be
perfume industry with a proven track record in designing and executing successful retail strategies.
