Head of Product - Digital Transformation Portfolio

In this role the right candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the entire Digital Transformation portfolio, offering technical leadership, and overseeing a team of Product Owners running enterprise level platforms in an agile development framework.

Align the product portfolio strategy for multiple products with the overall business objectives of the companyTake business requirements, gather industry insights, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement the product roadmapManage business stakeholders and ensure that the product vision aligns with the needs of end users and the overall business visionConduct market research, monitor industry trends, and gather business feedback to inform product decisions and enhancementsProvide leadership and guidance to the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementMonitor key product metrics, such as user engagement, adoption rates, and customer satisfactionAnalyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize product performance and meet business objectivesReview business cases for proposed projects and track and communicate the realized valueCoach, mentor, and guide the team in accordance with values, policies, and procedures


Profile
Bachelors of Engineering in one of the disciplines (Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Chemical or Software)A minimum of 12+ years of experience, with a preference for at least 3 years in the manufacturing industrySolid experience in delivering all stages of the project and software development life cycle, preferably within a digital transformation contextDemonstrated track record of working with various products, specifically in the area of Industrial Automation and ControlPossess a formal project management qualification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project ManagementProven understanding of agile tools and frameworks, including Scrum and KanbanProficient in drawing storyboards, creating wireframes, grooming product backlogs, writing user stories, and developing acceptance criteriaStrong collaborator with cross-functional teams encompassing technology, business, and designExperience in working with design teams to deliver optimal user experience (UX) and user interface (UI)Demonstrable experience in managing a diverse change portfolio with concurrent initiativesFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other similar tools
