As we continue to expand, we are looking for a strategic, results-driven, and highly organized Head of Operations to oversee our entire holiday home portfolio and streamline our operations.
Your Role:
As Head of Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless property management, compliance with Dubai’s holiday home regulations, and delivering a top-tier guest experience. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing teams, and driving operational efficiency to support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy & Leadership:
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance performance across all properties.
• Oversee the end-to-end management of luxury holiday homes, ensuring flawless execution of guest stays and owner relations.
• Lead and optimize property onboarding, maintenance, guest services, and revenue management strategies.
• Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement in occupancy rates, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the CEO to scale operations, introduce new technology, and drive automation for property management.
Property Management & Compliance:
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) holiday home regulations, including licensing, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Oversee property inspections, furniture setup, and maintenance schedules to maintain luxury standards.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures across all properties to guarantee a 5-star guest experience.
• Manage relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and local authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by implementing world-class hospitality and customer service protocols.
• Oversee guest relations, concierge services, and conflict resolution for an enhanced luxury experience.
• Develop and refine customer feedback mechanisms to improve services and maintain top ratings on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
Team Management & Vendor Coordination:
• Lead and manage cleaning, maintenance, concierge, and operations teams, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Develop and oversee training programs to ensure all team members uphold Ventura Stays’ luxury standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external service providers, contractors, and technology partners.
Revenue & Performance Optimization:
• Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing, occupancy rates, and booking conversions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service quality.
• Monitor financial performance and streamline operational costs without compromising guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience: Minimum 5+ years in operations management, preferably in holiday home management, hospitality, or luxury real estate.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai’s holiday home regulations, DET licensing requirements, and short-term rental market trends.
✅ Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead and scale operations teams, manage vendors, and oversee complex logistics.
✅ Customer-Focused Mindset: Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences with a hospitality-first approach.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), CRM tools, Airbnb/Booking.com platforms, and automation technologies.
✅ Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze challenges, develop solutions, and execute efficiently.
✅ Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, cost optimization, and revenue management strategies.
✅ Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
