Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the mathematics department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
-Develop and implement strategies aligned with the IGCSE and British curriculum standards.
-Mentor and support faculty in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
-Analyze student performance and develop intervention plans to achieve academic excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching IGCSE/British curriculum mathematics.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the UAE education sector.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Prior experience in a leadership or similar role in education.
