Position Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the global marketing strategy for a mobile phone brand. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the industry, strong digital expertise, and experience working in international corporations. The key priorities are brand development, marketing investment management, and effective distribution channel strategy (B2B, B2C, e-commerce).
Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a global marketing strategy tailored to regional markets.
  • Manage brand positioning, pricing strategy, and overall brand perception.
  • Optimize marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and ensure campaign effectiveness.
    Expand online and offline marketing efforts (distributors, retailers, operators, digital channels).
  • Build and lead a global marketing team across multiple countries.
  • Oversee local marketing teams and ensure alignment with global strategies.
  • Work with agencies, contractors, influencers, and media partners.
  • Enhance e-commerce and digital marketing channels (SEO, SMM, Performance, marketplaces).
  • Analyze data, report on key performance indicators, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Requirements:


  • 10+ years of experience in mobile phones, consumer electronics, or FMCG marketing.
    Proven experience managing a global brand across the US, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa.
  • Strong background in international digital advertising campaigns.
  • Expertise in working with distributors, retailers, and telecom operators (B2B & B2C).
  • Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing (SEO, SMM, Performance).
  • Financial literacy – marketing budget management, ROI, and P&L responsibility.
  • Leadership skills – ability to manage teams across multiple regions.
  • Fluent English; knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish, Chinese) is a plus
