·Overall management of KHDA’s Marcomm function
·Overseeing Marketing, Marketing-PRD, Marketing-DSIB, Heritage MEP and National Day MEP budgets and planning
·Ensuring all publications and collateral are up to standards and are done creatively and visually pleasing
·Oversee all department projects, requests, and functions
·Ensure event and campaign branding are aligned with department’s style of visuals and brand guidelines
·Ensure production requirements are seamlessly executed through close interaction with BUS and vendors
·Develop production concepts
·Develop campaign concepts
·Advise and consult on all Marcomm and Marcomm related activities
·Ensure messages are adapted and shared across all channels
·Build capacity amongst primary and secondary team (ie business partners, team coordinators, etc.)
·Develop and share KHDA’s design trend and forecast
·Ensure all final designs, reports and videos are available to share and stored in an appropriate location
·Explore and share new techniques to design and application
A relevant degree (e.g., marketing, communications, business administration), extensive experience in marketing and communications, proven track record in managing campaigns and branding, strong leadership and team development skills, expertise in current marketing trends and visual content production, and exceptional strategic planning and communication abilities.
