Job Summary:
Ripple Motors is seeking a Head of Marketing to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion. This role requires strategic leadership in branding, digital marketing, PR, and OEM partnerships, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan across MENA and key markets.
Lead brand building, digital campaigns, social media, and PR efforts to enhance visibility.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, events, and third-party partners.
Conduct market research to track trends, pricing, and competitive intelligence.
Oversee classified ad postings and customer engagement strategies.
Ensure alignment with OEM marketing strategies and maximize OEM resources.
Manage the marketing budget and drive ROI-focused campaigns.
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 3+ years of experience in automotive marketing (Chines car experience preferred).
✔ Expertise in branding, digital marketing, PR, and customer engagement.
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE/MENA automotive markets & OEM partnerships.
✔ Proven leadership in budget management, influencer collaborations, and product launches.
