We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to lead and transform the HR function of our Facilities Management Company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in stakeholder management, recruitment, and daily HR operations. You will play a pivotal role in fostering an agile team environment and driving the company to greater heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR matters, contributing to business growth and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce challenges and opportunities.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
- Implement workforce planning and succession strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Promote diversity and inclusion across the workforce.
Operational HR Excellence:
- Ensure seamless execution of day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures that align with local labor laws and best practices.
Culture and Engagement:
- Foster an agile and collaborative team atmosphere that drives performance and innovation.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Performance and Organizational Development:
- Drive performance management processes to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and implement HR technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiencies.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the facilities management or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
