Role : Head of GTB Product Sales
Location : Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
Responsible to deliver sales targets of GTB (trade finance and cash management} products.

- Ability to work in teams (with RMs).
- Engage in prospecting to generate new clients in collaboration with the RMs.
- Accompany RMs for client meetings to understand requirements and pitch GTB products in line with client needs and account plans
- Develop detailed awareness of ADIB GTB products and services
- Provide feedback to GTB product development team on any
- emerging client needs and competitor actions.
- Highlights and operational issues impacting client experience.
- Ensure compliance of all bank requirements (Sharia, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations)
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Deep understanding of wholesale banking products in general and GTB products in particular.
- Having credit skills will be an advantage.
