Job Description

Role       : Head of GTB Product Sales
Location : Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:


Responsible to deliver sales targets of GTB (trade finance and cash management} products.

  • Ability to work in teams (with RMs).
  • Engage in prospecting to generate new clients in collaboration with the RMs.  
  • Accompany RMs for client meetings to understand requirements and pitch GTB products in line with client needs and account plans         
  • Develop detailed awareness of ADIB GTB products and services          
  • Provide feedback to GTB product development team on any
  • emerging client needs and competitor actions.     
  • Highlights and operational issues impacting client experience.   
  • Ensure compliance of all bank requirements (Sharia, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations)

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:


  • Deep understanding of wholesale banking products in general and GTB products in particular.
  • Having credit skills will be an advantage.
