Role Description
As Head of Marketing, you will spearhead strategies to position the organization as a leader in the fintech industry, focusing on customer acquisition, brand visibility, and long-term engagement. This role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership, product, and sales teams to align marketing with overarching business goals while navigating a competitive and regulated market landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy for fintech services such as lending, payments, and investments.
- Build a distinctive and recognizable brand reflecting the company’s core values.
- Oversee external communications to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention using data-driven campaigns and insights.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to personalize customer experiences.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using analytics tools.
- Conduct market research to guide product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Partner with product teams for go-to-market plans for new launches.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales efforts and provide necessary collateral.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations in all marketing activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Over 8 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role in fintech.
- Expertise in marketing traditional financial services and fintech platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance practices.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve high ROI.
