Job Description
Victory Heights Primary School - City of Arabia is seeking an inspiring and dynamic leader to join our Founding Senior Leadership Team as the Head of Foundation Stage. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated educator with a passion for Foundation Stage to play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of our EYFS provision.
The Role: As the Head of Foundation Stage, you will lead the FS1 and FS2 teams, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and care. You will serve as the key representative of the Foundation Stage, actively promoting the school to prospective families and building strong relationships with current parents. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the EYFS department, ensuring its alignment with the school's ethos and values.
This role may involve some class teaching whilst the school grows towards its full capacity.

A proactive mindset for marketing and promoting the Foundation Stage to prospective families.
Desirable Experience:
Proven leadership experience in FS1 or FS2 within a school setting.
A proven record of enhancing educational outcomes and fostering an environment where children reach their full potential.
Experience leading schools through inspections, including KHDA and BSO.
Experience in engaging with parents and serving as a key liaison between the school and families.
Expertise in leading staff development within EYFS, promoting a culture of continuous professional growth.
