Kinetic has partnered with a leading Bank company who are hiring a Head of Syndicated Finance to be based in Dubai.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for developing syndication strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Lead new product development / expand product offering including development of product strategy and product infrastructure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage a team of professionals providing guidance and support.
- Ensure adherence with company policies, Central bank, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor market trends that can impact credit quality and business / financial conditions.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the BFSI industry.
- Must have a strong network within the Banking and Financial Services industry in the MENA Region.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Strong project management and financial modeling skills.
