Lead and oversee all EPC Retrofit and brownfield projects.Apply PMP and RMP principles to manage risks and project milestones.Utilise tools like SAP and Primavera for project planning and management.Provide strategic direction for EPC FEED initiatives.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Collaborate with stakeholders within the Oil and Gas industry.Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.Implement innovative solutions for retrofit projects.
Profile
A successful Head of EPC Retrofit should have:
A degree in Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in leading EPC Retrofit and brownfield projects.Proficiency in using project management tools like SAP and Primavera.Strong understanding of PMP and RMP principles.Experience working in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.Excellent leadership and communication skills.
