You will design and build a modern data platform, hire and lead a small team, and put in place the tools and systems needed to use data effectively. In this role, you will lead a team, making sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll create and implement a data warehouse and pipelines, set up tools to support AI and big data, and ensure everything works smoothly. You’ll also develop a clear strategy for how the company will use data, encourage the use of AI to solve problems, and ensure all work follows data privacy and security rules.

Experience leading data teams and delivering large data projects.
Skilled in building data warehouses, pipelines, and using modern tech tools.
Knowledge of AI/ML and big data technologies.
Experience working on new or transformation projects is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
