Head of Content - (UAE Based Role)

You will be working on digital platforms and services that require the consistent production of exciting and original content (written and images). This role requires an equal mix of prior experience crafting compelling and engaging copy, experience of using images to craft an engaging story and experience leading a content team from both a personnel and strategic (analytic, reporting, project management) perspective.

Establish and oversee the daily operations of the content teamEnsure all content is consistent in terms of in-house style and qualityBuild work flows for requesting, creating, and editing contentStay current on industry developments and generate new ideasCollect data, handle analytics, and make recommendations based on resultsCommunicate with executives and the content team in cross-functional meetings


Profile
Exceptional creative writing skills in English (any additional language is a plus)Strong attention to detail and familiarity with creating a 'story' through words and imagesAbility to lead and inspire large teams of creative personnel and content creatorsStrong leadership skills to define and manage a set of goalsFamiliarity with marketing and data analysisProject management skillsAbility to work on both a strategic and tactical level.Strategic thinking with a realistic approach to execution
