About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Compensation Analytics, Long-Term Incentive Plan to join our trading company, specializing in predictive trading and machine learning. Our goal is to establish an automated and fair compensation distribution system based on clear, transparent business factors that are accessible and comprehensible to all employees. We believe that through math and statistics, we can easily define and measure each employee's contribution to the company's success. We aim to create a system that sets us apart from other employers, many of which established their incentive systems decades ago and are unable to adapt them to modern conditions.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the design, adaptation, maintenance, and implementation of a comprehensive incentive system within our organization. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position is independent of the Finance, HR, or Legal departments, allowing for a focused approach to developing a fair and transparent reward system that aligns with our vision. We expect this specialist to lead the development of a profit-sharing distribution model, create a bonus system, and implement a Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) system based on internal tokenomics.

Responsibilities:



Design and implement effective bonus programs tailored to various employee categories; Integrate all bonus initiatives into a cohesive motivation system; Facilitate the creation of mathematical models for distributing bonuses based on employee contributions to company profitability, utilizing statistical analysis methods to evaluate each individual's impact; Analyze and account for the economic factors involved in the profit generation process and assess their influence on bonus programs; Lead the development of a profit-sharing distribution model, establish a bonus system, and implement a Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) based on the internal tokenomics structure.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or related fields; A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing diverse bonus programs and LTIPs; Experience in a trading company with a deep understanding of the economics of trading and profit generation processes; Proficiency in statistical and mathematical modeling techniques, and statistical analysis; Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools. Understanding of tokenomics principles, experience with crypto-tokens, and knowledge in planning and executing token releases, including the preparation of necessary documentation. A strategic mindset with the ability to make informed decisions in uncertain environments.
